I’ve spent twenty-five years in enterprise IT, beginning with mainframes and COBOL and evolving alongside technology into today’s AI, automation, and cloud solutions. For most of that time, I worked on both sides of the equation: sitting down with people to understand how their work actually gets done, then building the systems to support it.

Along the way, I kept seeing the same problem: organizations held back not by a lack of effort, but by systems and processes that no longer served them. That’s why I founded Redesigned Consulting Group.
